WHAT IS CIRCLE FOR CHANGE ?
Circle for Change e.V. (CFC) is an NGO and business community that bridges the gap between social initiatives and purpose-driven professionals. CFC’s strong network of experts supports international organizations pro bono with operational expertise. By empowering individual skills, CFC enables social initiatives worldwide to utilize their full potential in the long run.

CFC works closely with German and international partners to identify projects with sustainable development potential. Successful identification and review leads to the establishment of a common project framework.

After agreement between CFC and partner organization, specialists are selected from the CFC network who can optimally support social projects with their professional expertise.

After successful cooperation with CFC, the partner organization is able to independently ensure the long-term success of the project. CFC continues to monitor the progress of the project from a distance and remains in close contact with its partners.
OUR TEAM
Evolving from an emergency aid project for Ukrainian refugee children, CFC has been embodying a pragmatic approach since early 2022 - leveraging limited expertise and scarce resources of the social sector most effectively. Originating from the venture capital environment, CFC stands out as a community of motivated professionals, united in their goal to multiply social support. With the incorporation of every new, carefully selected member, the spectrum of CFC's expertise expands, creating unconventional value for social initiatives.

CFC BRINGS ALL PLAYERS TO THE TABLE
CFC establishes an important hub for various, yet disconnected stakeholders, who are nonetheless united by a common goal - to improve people's lives in the long run. Accordingly, CFC combines, i.a., purpose-driven project management for professionals with expertise for partner organizations, promotes interactions among international investors, and strengthens interchange between social initiatives. Ultimately, bundling support and providing help where it is needed most urgently, namely the individual human being.
